Progettazione The Little People Project Way
Sabrina and Karlie here from The Little People Project. For over a decade we have been working together in supporting educators and services in facilitating a project based approach to Early Childhood pedagogy.
Our approach to Early Childhood education has been heavily inspired by the Reggio Emelia Philosophy and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
They work cohesively fused to create multi-layered, meaningful, place based dialogues with our children.
Through this PD we will explore the important connection between children , inquiry and art. We will help you understand how progettazione can be connected to learning, development and more specifically the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Embedding our Reconciliation Action Plan
The journey towards reconciliation is one that is imperative in all contexts, particularly the early years. As educators, it is our responsibility to ensure we are providing culturally safe environment and experiences for all of the little people we care for.
Developed with amazing input from Camilla Sawford of Litiyalla Designs, this session centralises around our Reconciliation Action Plan and how we work to embed this in everyday practice as educators.
Please note - this is not the space for us to tell you how to build a culturally competent environment, we are simply sharing our journey, our learnings and our consultation processes.
